How App Brook Base structures architecture and portal rebuild consulting from first brief to final roadmap.
This page is the working map of how a consultation progresses. It is not a software onboarding flow. Each stage produces artefacts your sponsors can circulate.
- Brief intake
You send the portal context, known pain points, and constraints. We confirm whether Architecture Assessment, Portal Rebuild Planning, or Cutover Readiness Review fits.
- Scoping call
A short call clarifies stakeholders, document access, and whether Taipei on-site days are useful. You receive a written fee outline.
- Discovery
Interviews and document review establish how the platform actually behaves. Surprises are written down, not smoothed over.
- Working sessions
Architecture options and rebuild sequences are debated with your leads. Decisions and open questions are recorded in the same room.
- Delivery of the plan
You receive the memo or roadmap, a RACI where relevant, and a recommended next step with your delivery partners.
What you prepare
Current diagrams, integration lists, and a calendar of blackout dates. If those do not exist, say so—we treat missing artefacts as findings.
